This study looks at 1,000 women to see how ultrasound features of adenomyosis (a condition where the uterine lining grows into the muscle wall) match up with their symptoms like pain and heavy bleeding. Participants get one routine ultrasound and fill out a symptom questionnaire. No treatments or extra visits are involved.
