New combo therapy may boost IVF success for women with painful uterine condition

Summary

This study tests whether adding letrozole to standard GnRH agonist therapy improves pregnancy rates in women with adenomyosis undergoing frozen embryo transfer. About 700 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The main goal is to see if more women have a healthy pregnancy at 12 weeks with the combination treatment.
