Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug adebrelimab to standard chemoradiotherapy helps people with a large, advanced lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 204 adults aged 18-75 with stage III non-small cell lung cancer will take part. The main goal is to see if the combination delays cancer growth and improves survival.
