New hope for Hard-to-Treat lung cancer: drug combo targets bulky tumors

NCT ID NCT07560358

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug adebrelimab to standard chemoradiotherapy helps people with a large, advanced type of lung cancer (stage III NSCLC) live longer without the cancer growing. About 204 adults aged 18-75 with tumors at least 5 cm wide or lymph nodes at least 2 cm will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and more effective than standard treatment alone.
