Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ADCX-020 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is an antibody drug conjugate designed to deliver cancer-killing agents directly to tumor cells. The study will first find the safest dose, then test that dose in different cancer types to see if it shrinks tumors.
