Summary
This study is testing whether using MRI scans during radiation treatment can help doctors better target head and neck cancer tumors while reducing damage to nearby healthy organs. The trial involves 25 patients and aims to personalize the radiation dose based on how the tumor responds. The goal is to improve treatment precision within standard care guidelines.
