First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a single injection of a new antibody (Anti-IL-RAP) to see if it is safe and how it works in the body. It includes 64 people: healthy volunteers and those currently having an acute gout flare. The goal is to gather safety data and understand the drug's behavior, not yet to prove it eases symptoms.
