First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether acupuncture can help reduce hot flashes in people with hormone-positive breast cancer. 84 participants who had finished primary cancer treatments and were on hormone therapy were randomly assigned to acupuncture or usual care. They tracked their hot flashes daily for 20 weeks. The goal was to see if acupuncture could ease this common side effect.
