Acupuncture showdown: which needle works best for chronic pain?

Summary

This study compares two acupuncture methods—personalized electro-acupuncture and auricular (ear) acupuncture—against usual care for treating chronic pain. About 360 adults with musculoskeletal pain or fibromyalgia will be assigned to one of three groups. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain intensity and interference with daily life.
