Can acupuncture sharpen a cancer Survivor's mind?

Summary
This study tests whether acupuncture can improve thinking problems (like memory and focus) in breast cancer survivors. About 270 women who have finished cancer treatment will receive either real acupuncture, sham acupuncture, or standard care. Researchers will track their cognitive function and sleep quality over 26 weeks to see if acupuncture helps.
