NCT ID NCT06946888

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looked at whether nurses can reduce their own stress, anxiety, depression, and job burnout by pressing specific points on their hand (called acupressure) twice a day for two weeks. 160 nurses from a medical center took part, and they filled out questionnaires weekly for two months to track their feelings. The goal was to see if this simple, self-administered technique could improve their mental well-being and resilience.
