First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether acupressure, a technique that applies pressure to specific points on the body, can reduce pain, fatigue, and sleep problems in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers enrolled 90 adults with MS who had moderate to severe pain and fatigue. Participants received acupressure sessions, and their symptoms were measured before and after. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could improve daily life for people with MS.
