This study tests a new, ultrasound-guided acupotomy technique to improve symptoms in people with ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that causes back pain and stiffness. About 60 adults with active disease will receive the treatment to see if it reduces pain and improves daily function. The goal is to provide a safer, more effective option for managing this condition.
