Needle-Knife technique tested for back pain and stiffness
NCT ID NCT07390929
Summary
This study is testing whether a modified version of a traditional needle-knife procedure, guided by ultrasound, can help reduce disease activity in people with ankylosing spondylitis. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with active symptoms to compare this new approach. The main goal is to see if it safely reduces pain, stiffness, and fatigue better than current options.
