Summary

This early-stage study tests a cream called ACU-D1 in 9 HIV-positive adults with HPV-related growths on the vulva or around the anus. Participants apply the cream twice daily for 4 weeks. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the cream can boost the body's immune response against the lesions.
