Summary

This study is testing a new clinic program called ActivityChoice, designed to help cancer survivors start and maintain physical activity. The goal is to lower their risk of heart disease, which is a leading cause of death for survivors. The program uses simple stories and tools to help survivors choose between different exercise options, like in-person groups, virtual classes, or self-guided tracking with a Fitbit.
