Can a Text-and-Coach exercise plan shield young girls from future diabetes?
NCT ID NCT07102797
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-month physical activity program can improve hormone health and lower the risk of developing diabetes in girls aged 8-12 who are at higher risk. It compares a full program with health coaching and text messages to a lighter program with just text messages. The goal is to see if the program is practical for families and if more activity leads to better health markers over a year.
