First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether 10-minute physical activity breaks during the school day can help 11-12 year old students think better, be more creative, and feel happier. About 114 children will be randomly assigned to do aerobic exercise, strength exercises, or a seated activity. Researchers will measure attention, memory, creativity, and emotional state after mentally demanding tasks to find simple ways to improve learning and well-being in school.
