Can six weeks of online therapy ease student stress?

NCT ID NCT07256093

Summary

This study tested whether a six-week online therapy program could help university students in Malaysia better manage their emotions, anxiety, and depression. Researchers compared a group receiving Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to a group that did not receive therapy during the study. The goal was to see if the therapy reduced unhelpful thinking patterns and made it easier for students to handle difficult feelings.
