Summary

This study looked at whether a type of talk therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help university students in Malaysia feel better. 32 students with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or stress took part. Some received six weekly online ACT sessions, while others were placed on a waiting list. The goal was to see if ACT could reduce unhelpful thoughts and improve how they handle emotions.
