Summary
This study aims to create a therapy program using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for fathers of children with special needs in Hong Kong. Researchers will interview 20 fathers and social workers to understand their challenges and what kind of support would help. The goal is to design a protocol that improves psychological flexibility and mental health for these fathers.
