Summary

This study looks at whether a therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help fathers of children with special needs improve their mental health and psychological flexibility. About 50 fathers will be split into two groups: one gets ACT with virtual reality, the other gets health talks and support. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for reducing shame, guilt, and depression while improving quality of life.
