This study tests whether a new eye drop called acoltremon can help people with a specific type of dry eye caused by early nerve damage (stage 1 neurotrophic keratopathy). The study will include 50 adults who have both decreased tear production and reduced corneal sensation. Researchers will measure tear production before and after using the drops over 8 weeks.
