New eye drop hopes to bring tears to dry eyes

Summary

This study tests whether a new eye drop called acoltremon can help people with stage 1 neurotrophic keratopathy (a condition where the cornea loses feeling) and dry eye produce more tears. About 50 adults will use the drops and have their tear production measured. The goal is to see if the drops improve eye moisture and comfort.
