Summary

This study compares two different tendon grafts used to repair a torn ACL in the knee. Sixty adults with an isolated ACL injury will be randomly assigned to receive either a peroneus longus tendon graft or a hamstring tendon graft during arthroscopic surgery. The goal is to see which graft leads to better knee function and stability at 6 weeks and 3 months after surgery. All participants will follow the same rehabilitation program.
