First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested a new exercise program using visual feedback to help people load their knee properly after ACL surgery. The goal was to see if this could prevent knee arthritis, which often develops within 15 years after an ACL injury. 34 participants were followed for 6 months, and researchers measured changes in knee movement and cartilage health using MRI.
