This study looked at 439 active patients who had ACL knee surgery to compare three different tendon grafts: from the kneecap, hamstring, or quadriceps. The goal was to see which graft works best to keep the knee stable and prevent re-injury two years after surgery. Results were analyzed to help doctors choose the best option for each patient.
