Summary
This study tests an experimental vaccine called ACI-24.060 in people with early Alzheimer's and non-demented adults with Down syndrome. The vaccine is designed to help the immune system clear amyloid plaques from the brain, which are linked to Alzheimer's. Researchers will check if it is safe and if it can slow memory loss.
