Summary

This study is a global registry that will collect information from 400 adults with congenital heart disease who are taking a type of diabetes drug called SGLT2 inhibitors. The goal is to understand how these drugs are prescribed, how safe they are, and whether they help with heart failure symptoms. No new treatments are being tested; instead, researchers are observing real-world use to gather valuable insights.
