Summary

This early research study aims to understand how Acetadote affects metabolism in glioblastoma brain tumors. Researchers will give Acetadote to 10 newly diagnosed patients before surgery, then analyze tumor tissue and MRI scans to see how the drug changes tumor chemistry. The goal is to gather basic information about whether affecting tumor metabolism could potentially slow tumor growth.
