First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This phase 2a trial tests whether the drug abrocitinib can reduce severe fatigue in adults with Long COVID. About 46 people who were never hospitalized for COVID but now have long-term fatigue will take either 50 mg, 100 mg of abrocitinib, or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in fatigue and overall health using standard questionnaires.
