Summary

This study looked at how well the medicine abrocitinib works for adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Researchers tracked 112 people for up to 12 months to see if their skin cleared or improved. The study was stopped early, but the goal was to understand real-world use and effectiveness.
