Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety and effectiveness of combining two drugs, abemaciclib and pembrolizumab, in 100 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer or a certain type of breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. Participants must have stage IV cancer and meet specific prior treatment requirements.
