Summary
This early-stage study tests a single dose of ABBV-519 in about 30 adults with moderate lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. The goal is to check how the drug moves through the body, how it affects immune cells, and whether it is safe. Participants will be followed for about a year to monitor side effects and immune response.
