Promising drug takes on rare lung complication in immune disorder

Summary
This study tests if abatacept can improve lung disease in people with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). About 38 children and adults will receive either abatacept or a placebo for 6 months. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces lung damage seen on CT scans.
