Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called AB248, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors (like lung, skin, head/neck, or kidney cancer) that have not been cured by other treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the best dose. About 552 people will take part.
