This study tests whether a 7-day adhesive ECG patch (MEMO Patch) can detect more heart rhythm abnormalities than a conventional 24-hour Holter monitor in adults who experience palpitations or dizziness. Participants wear both devices at the same time for the first day, then continue wearing only the patch for six more days.
