First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-minute arm exercise test (6PBRT) is a valid and reliable way to measure upper body function in adults with obstructive sleep apnea. About 80 participants will take the test twice to check consistency. The goal is to see if this simple test can help doctors better assess physical limitations in people with sleep apnea.
