Summary

This study tests whether a 5-day course of whole breast radiation works as well as a 9-day course for women with early-stage breast cancer. About 144 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two schedules. The main goal is to see if the shorter treatment leads to similar breast satisfaction and fewer side effects.
