One-Week radiation treatment tested for breast cancer patients
NCT ID NCT06902311
Summary
This study is testing whether a shorter, 5-session radiation treatment is safe and effective for women with early-stage breast cancer. Researchers want to see if this condensed schedule controls cancer recurrence while causing acceptable side effects and maintaining good quality of life. The study involves 90 women aged 50 and older who have had breast-conserving surgery.
