First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called 4sCAR-DLL3 CAR-T therapy for people with certain brain tumors, including glioblastoma and DIPG. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells that are modified in a lab to target a protein called DLL3 found on tumor cells. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors. About 30 patients aged 2 to 70 with recurrent or hard-to-treat brain tumors will take part.
