Summary

This study tested whether a newer type of MRI called 4D flow can more accurately measure leakage in the pulmonary valve and heart chamber size in people born with tetralogy of Fallot who had corrective surgery. Researchers compared 4D flow MRI with standard 2D MRI in 21 patients aged 15 and older. The goal was to see if the newer method gives better information for monitoring heart health over time.
