First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new antibody drug, 4A10, in 24 adults with relapsed or hard-to-treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. The drug targets a protein on cancer cells to block their growth and help the immune system attack them. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and look for early signs that the treatment works.
