First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested whether watching 3D virtual reality videos of arm movements could help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their upper limb function. Thirty-two participants with MS and recent attacks completed the training. Researchers measured hand strength, dexterity, fatigue, thinking skills, daily activities, and quality of life to see if this simple, non-drug approach made a difference.
