Summary

This early-stage trial tests a combination of chemotherapy (FOLFOX), a blood vessel blocker (bevacizumab), and two immunotherapy drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) in 20 people with a type of advanced colorectal cancer (MSS) that has spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. Participants must have stable health and a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
