This early-stage study tests an experimental treatment called 27T51, a type of immune cell therapy (CAR T) designed to target a protein called MUC16 found on certain cancer cells. The study involves about 90 women with ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has come back or is hard to treat. The goal is to check if the therapy is safe and to find the best dose, with some participants also receiving other medications alongside 27T51.
