NCT ID NCT05348005
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a TENS unit, a device that sends mild electrical pulses through the skin, can ease pain during endometriosis flare-ups. Forty women with surgically confirmed endometriosis tracked their pain, medication use, and quality of life for three months without the device, then for three more months while using it. The goal was to see if the TENS unit made a real difference in daily pain scores.
