First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new radioactive drug (177Lu-INN805) in 10 adults with advanced solid tumors like head & neck, thyroid, lung, breast, or sarcoma cancer who have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is given every 6 weeks for up to 4 cycles to find the safest dose and check for side effects. The goal is to control tumor growth, not to cure the disease.
