Rotterdam tests lifestyle programs to help overweight kids

Summary
This study looks at whether lifestyle programs in Rotterdam help overweight children aged 4 to 12 live healthier. About 1,000 children and their parents will take part. Researchers will measure quality of life, body mass index (BMI), motor skills, and eating habits before and after the program to see if it works.
