Summary
This study looks at community programs in Rotterdam that help overweight children aged 4 to 12 and their families adopt healthier habits. About 1,000 children will take part in activities focused on diet, exercise, and motor skills. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, body mass index, and motor skills to see how well the programs work.
