Disease control Recruiting nowThis study tests a drug called ELGN-2112 in preterm infants born between 26 and 32 weeks who have trouble absorbing food. The goal is to see if the drug helps them reach full feeding sooner compared to a placebo. About 360 babies will take part in this Phase 3 trial.
