Type II mixed cryoglobulinemia, a relatively rare clinico-serological subtype of mixed cryoglobulinemia (MC), is an immune complex disorder characterized by purpura, weakness and arthralgia and defined immunochemically by cryoglobulins composed of polyclonal IgGs (autoantigens) and monoclonal IgM (autoantibody).
